                  Yeap. A custom 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust. Not paying 600-800 mine will
                  cost about $150. With a bigger dump pipe.

                      Nope. I'm buying everything from bends to tube and getting it welded up by a mate.

                      Most of the $$$ in an exhaust system is labour so I'm effectively cutting that bit out.
                      Will take me 4 times as long to work out but that's half the fun.

                          Mate cat need to be replaced with 300 cell cat
                          Or you will have problems

                          And the sensors need to be in the right place

                          I have replaced my system however still runningthe stock cat

                          I removed my cat before going for an outback trip bad idea lol

                          Drove 3500ks with car bitching at me

                            What sort of bitching/codes pasniny?

                            I've replaced the RTD's with resistors with the same resistance value of the RTD in place and to temp.
                            No idea if it will work or not but I haven't heard anyone trying this before so I thought I'd give it a shot.
                            What could possibly go wrong.

                              It comes up with cat failure

                              As a result it disables egr valve throttle valve is locked in open position.
                              And stops all dpf burns
