My new lift and tyres :)

Well I decided to treatyoself and decided to share with you guys.
Got a 2" Bilsteins and Kings suspension lift and 265/70R17s installed today as the shop was having a 15% off on the lift and they cut me a deal since I bought 5 new tyres. The 5th tyre fits the spare carrier very nicely with no modification. I went with Falken WildPeak AT3Ws.
Here's a before and after pic

Yeah, I reckon the lack of a bull bar on the front probably makes a difference and means the struts are at full stretch.

Drive it for 500klms then get a wheel alignment (all 4 wheels) when everything has settled. Will drop a little.

It's hard to say how different it is from stock as I bought the car and then 2 weeks later put the lift in it. Taking it on a 3hours drive this weekend camping so i'll post back

Yeah the shop said around 1500kms bring it back in. Which will take awhile for me as it's only my weekend/evening vehicle since I have a work ute

              Holy thread resurrection, Batman!
I just had to say, Beautiful looking lift mate! This is goals for me!

If I may ask, what Kings springs did you use and what was the resulting EBH? How are they holding up?

                Thanks!

I actually can't remember which kings springs and I don't know what EBH is, sorry.
Everything seems to be holding up fine 👌

EBH is Eye Brow Height, which is the official name for the vehicle ride height. It is measured from the centre of the wheel hub to the underside of the wheel arch in a vertical line, in millimetres.
King coils have the part number printed on them so you may be able to see these if you look.

Not really no. The real lift / ground clearance comes from larger diameter tires, as they're "lift" the entire car higher off the ground but def not 2"
