Did the NL SWB flare model from yr 1997 - 2000 ever come as a 2.8L Diesel. Love to find one for sale.

Yes but I dont believe they were released as such here in Oz... I have a feeling that they are all imports1994 NJ 3.0 now with a 2000NL 3.5 engine and driveline, 2.5 catback, 32" MT Deegan 38's, 1" body lift, front diff drop with front tension rods indexed and cranked an 3", 3" on the rear coils

1998 NL 3.5 blisterside, running a 6g75 (3.8) with M90 supercharger at 14psi, 305.70.16's on -44 rims 3.5" suspension lift, Custom Bull bar, winch install, custom front control arms, NJ GLS flares and some camping gear in the back

As stated NL Swb only 3.5lt petrol and NK Swb only 3.0lt for Australian release. Would only be an import.2014 VW Touareg V6 diesel

I'd like a diesel SWB
Is importing from Japan easy enough? Or just too much trouble?
If anyone has any tips I'd be very keen to hear them.

I was just lucky as I've been patiently on the lookout specifically for an NL DIESEL SWB for some time now and out of the blues, one did come up in gumtree for sale last week in Brisbane and yes it was an import. I couldn't get to Brisbane fast enough but I did and hey presto its currently on its way to Cairns.
