Nudge Bar for PS Exceed

Just wondering if anyone has fitted an after-market nudge bar to a PS Exceed and whether it interferes with the detectors on the front of the Exceed? ECB provide a couple of variants of a nudge bar for the Exceed, however on their website the product description says that it may interfere with the FCM detector or front camera.

Yeh.... I've contacted a few that promote their bars for ALL pajero sport (online) and have had replies that they will NOT fit exceed model. I suspect it will need the 2 "grill" parking sensors to be relocated out to the front nudge bar with a simple connector/extension. Think its low enough to clear the radar unit and camera below it.

East coast are doing a nudge bar for the Exceed. I wrote to them and they assure me you can install it on a PS Exceed. I did note that they relocate the two front sensors onto the nudge bar, have a look at the east coast bars web site. It is fairly clear.

Thanks paddymac . I had a look but the website may not be updated yet. The pic shows a bar that covers the front camera and radar but this may not be the bar your referring to. Did they send u something that is not on website .....installation guide or fitment PDF?

To get it to clear would mean it covers the existing number plate so the bar would need a mount for that as well like some of the stainless steel bars......just a light channel across the bottom.
