Still off topic a bit
Pre my 30000k service my oil was semi opaque dark brown, maybe a bit like Amec's, now it is ugly and black. It now have a different oil in it than previously used. The only other mod done about the same time as the last oil change/service has been an electronic EGR mod, until then it was translucent brown not black. I thought the dealer had skipped the oil change when I noticed it sometime down the track? I am thinking it is the oils soot/particle holding ability - don't know.PB MY11 LS 4D56 - auto, with stuff.

Munji didn’t seem to make a huge difference to driveability or smoothness on mine.
On shutdown it definitely is different. Engine seems to run on after the key is turned off then shudders to a halt. This doesn’t happen with the Munji removed.

The oil cooler and all the other external oil gear must hold heaps of old oil thus contaminating the new oil almost instantly. Stupid idea really.
