easy to change front brake piston boots?

Changed the pads today & fround both sides have a stuffed boot on one of the caliper pistons.

Are these an easy sway or do you need to remove the caliper/ piston & bleed etc?

oh well, is what it is I guess,,, sits at just under 1/2 when warm.

The Surf even has an "Idle up" switch to warm it, raises the idle revs to about 1200rpm, its warm before you can say boo!

Mine seems to be taking a long time to warm up, fine once there but about 8kms of driving to get it up to temp.

I wondered if the injectors are fouled causing them to not spray / atomize correctly causing pour combustion at lower revs.

Yes it is also possible that either the starter & battery terminals may need cleaning & tightening and also the cables to the starter can break down & cause the same fault.
