Nothing will remedy that amount of blowby - unless you have a dead PVC - but that is still a long shot.

A few weeks ago (probablymmonths now), I noticed that our EGR valve is leaking exhaust externally. It looks like the leak is from the diaphragm area, possibly through the shaft to the valve.
