Could be either.

One way to test is grab one of the rear door switches and plug it into the front passenger door, they have same connector. The drivers door switch is different connector.

From memory i think just grab the nozzle and push it towards the windscreen while push it up from its hole. There are a couple of clips/claws on it. Its very easy to get off.

The OP is in Dublin and pretty sure the Pajeros over there continued with DPF even after NT due to the Euro 5 emission standards. No difference between lwb and swb.
