Thanks for all the replies and links to other threads. Iíll just need to keep an eye on this issue and try to locate suspected leak. Might throw a different rad cap on to see if any difference.

I had similar problem with my Petrol NS and went on for years. Finially I installed a trans oil cooler and changed all fluids. Havenít seen a drop of oil in rad since.

Would be interested in what fluid you use for transfer box. Iíve used the Penrite FS in trans and itís been awesome. Dumped and filled twice over last year and itís going strong.
