Just checked on mine, and the crank sensor...

Just checked on mine, and the crank sensor appears to have triangular shaped plug, and the cam sensor has the rectangular plug. Mine are aftermarket so I can't confirm wire colors

I've found unrelated things started wiring when an unrelated fuse was fixed. I think one was clock fuse stopped central locking working in my car

We don't get the gdi here in Australia. It sounds like same set up for cooling system on those heads though.
