Youtube viewing quality

Hello all ,dumb question time but why do Youtube videos stutter/pause whilst I am trying to watch them .This is really very irritating ,is it somethimg to do with my broadband speed ? of which is only Bigponds standard broadband plan and 256/64 kbps speed. I quite enjoy watching various 4x4 utube videos but quite get pissed at the constant interuptions , but the weird thing is that some are quite okay and do not have this problem .

Press pause straight away and let the file write to cache, then let it play when the bottom cache bar has filled all the way.

Reason is your bandwidth is not enough, even at 512k, they still stutter unless they are real low quality.

At 256 you only get max 80% of this bandwidth as you have overhead data tcp packet info getting sent.
