Rear door "PAJERO" letters

Hi Folks
The letters on my rear door are cracking and fading.
Does anyone know where I can get this fixed or do I have to buy a new wheel cover.

I'm in search to fix mine too, but the letters and the trim is all one piece right? You'd have to replace the whole trim if the the cover
