UHF Radio install

Hi, I know there are plenty of threads on this topic, however can someone point me in the right direction in respect to the removal of the square panel that to the right of the R/D lock switch.

I thought I might use this panel to place the UHF socket outlet.

That's what i did. It will pop out. If you have any trim removal tools just slid in and it'll pop out or use a small flat blade screwdriver

Thanks, I'll give it a go tomorrow. Didn't want to damage it trying to remove it. Though, I'm sure it wouldn't cost too much to buy a replacement part for this in case I needed to.

Don't underestimate the powers of MM to gouge for spare parts.
