    Cig socket fuses.

2010 Pajero 3.2 diesel. Rear aux socket dead. No 12volts at socket and the fusible link is ok. Is there a fuse somewhere for the rear aux socket?

I have read that there is a fuse built into each cig socket as well as in the fuse box. You have to pull the socket out to replace it.

Further to what Erad points out, in the engine compartment there are two relevant fuses for the Accessories :

#8 for the power side of the Accessories Socket (via accessories relay).
#17 for the control side of the Accessories Relay.

The Accessorise Relay should make a click when turning the key to the first 'ACC' position.

The Thermal Fuse that's in the back of a Cigarette Lighter Socket is not replaceable.

Thanks everyone, it was fuse number 8 in the engine bay.

Hi can anyone tell me how to get the rear socket out? Seems fairly well anchored!
