3.2 vacuum hoses

In my haste I took off the hoses to throttle actuators and didnt mark them
I have blue and yellow tracer marks on thenm and an un marked one which I presume goes onto manifold ?
So question is which hose goes where?
Also the filter thing on manifild is a straight through one now nothing in the inside, does this matter?
