    Sensor mystery

    Hi Guys,
I have a 1997 NL 3.5 V6 auto pajero & I am hoping someone can tell me what the connector, with one black wire & one black/white wire that is connected to a 25mm square x 10mm thick black sensor, that is located directly behind the coolant temperature sensor(at the very front of the engine) is for.
    Cheers

        sensor mystery

        Thanks Guys.

I thought it was a noise suppressor but when I went to the dealer to get one they said that they don't have suppressor anymore. I then asked what it was & they were unable to tell me.

        Anyway, problem solved. Cheers.
