Coolant Leak Help

I've been having to top up my coolant for a while now, every now and then, but there's no evidence of a leak. Had my mechanic pressure test it today and he said there is defintely a leak but nothing showing up exyternally. His thoughts are that the EGR Cooler (which uses radiator coolant to cool the exhaust gas) may have split internally.

Anyone else had this problem or somthing similar?

I've not heard of EGR cooler problems on Gen4's, but thats not to say it can't happen.
There have been a few cases of the oil cooler failing, but this normally results with oil evident in the coolant.
Do you have rear Air Con? Might be worth checking down the back too.
Is the level going down in the radiator or the overflow?

Unbolt the EGR pipe on top of the cooler with the pressure tester hooked up and see if it fills with coolant. But as mentioned it would be unlikely.

Removing and pressure testing the cooler today. hopefully it gives me some answers
