How to access behind these cargo barrier plastics?

As you can see there are some plugs here from original, looking to get my hand behind this plastic area to grab a cable the feeds in from under/outside body. Just wanting the least amount of work.
    What is the easiest way?

You need to take the top cream panel off first, so need to remove the grab handles then everything else is just pop clips - this is also held in by the seat belts but if you don't need to take the cream panel out of the car you can just extend the seatbelt and put the panel out of the way temporarily. From here if you're just fishing the cable from/to elsewhere you can use something to grab the cable and pull it up (if you've got kid hands you may even get your hand behind the panel).

If you need to remove the black panel completely you need to do more unscrewing/unbolting as the panel is screwed in under the carpet in a few spots from memory, so you need to remove the cover for the underfloor storage, unscrew the screws at the top of the underfloor tub so you can lift this, and again going off memory the other screws just need the carpet lifted at the side. The small bit of carpet that the tie down point is bolted through also needs to come up, so unbolt this then pop the carpet section up - can't remember if this just holds the black panel down with friction or if there's another screw here. From there the black panel has a few pop clips like the cream one above it.

Once you've done it once or twice it becomes pretty quick and easy to pop them off.

Thanks. I knew I would have to take off the white plastic first.

Anyone know how much weight these plastic panels can hold on rough roads? Like if I mounted a 2KG charger or torch to them with cable ties?
