    Atlantic Oil

Just a auestion about a certain oil if possible,
I used Atlantic oil in my old race cars and in my wife’s car and now I’m looking at using it in my Pajero (NW 2012).
Looking through their product finder brings up I can use the same oil as I do in my wife’s car, this oil is their 5w-30 Nitro Clear full synthetic oil.

It looks to meet the specifications for the Pajero but just want to double check as using the same oil in both cars would be very easy as it costs me $130 for 20l and that is a few litres more then what I need for both changes and will open up buying a bigger container.

I have been using Penrite oil as recommended here but this is a more convenient option and I have never had a issue with quality.

I would go direct to manufacturer and seek info from them. Not worth taking a chance.

Atlantic manufactures their own oil in Sydney, going off their product finder it states the oil I linked for the Pajero and when you look at specifications listed in the manual to the oil specifications they meet or exceed the requirements just wanted to double check with the knowledgeable people here but yes will double check next time I’m in the area.

If the manufacturer recommends then it probably ok to use. Plenty on here dont use MM oil. I use Valvoline full synthetic. I use Mobil 1 and Redline in my motorbike..not HD oils and all is good.
