    Front end clunk

Hi all. I've noticed when I hit a pot hole or driving over corrugated roads I get a clunk that feels like it's under my left foot. It's definitely not up the back, I've read all the threads and I know about the rear clunking caused by fuel slosh and loose hubs and that's not it. I am yet to check the front hub nuts yet so maybe it's that? Any ideas though as to what it could be?

I had a similar noise knock a few weeks ago.....turned out to be the sway bar mounts (d shaped rubbers to body) that although looked and felt fine when replaced the knocking stopped.

Also heard of the bash plates cuasing it on some cars.

      Check ball joints
Ours made a similar clunk before we had the drivers-side ball joints replaced

X2. I'd be tipping ball joints.
