How To Remove Blank Plates Please.

Could someone please explain how to remove the small blanking plates near the gear lever?
I have seen where forum members have put Redarc break modules etc. in them and I just want to put two voltage sensitive relay indicators in there.
Clues please?

Easy as, remove the glove box and reach around and push from the back. If tight may need to depress the small catches at top and bottom but should come out easy

Thanks Jizza, that confirms what I thought so I'll give it a bash tomorrow.
Having said that I also thought they looked like they may push back into the panel.
