Outlander ZJ Diesel LS Diesel 2.2 rattle at start up

Hi guys my outlander diesel has this weird rattly almost ticking sound on startup. It is only on cold start I.e. first start of the day. If you give some accelerator throttle it will stop. If the car driven that day within a few hours it won't do it. Noise goes away after you drive a little.
