Hello, I'm buying my first pajero!

Hello to all, it's nice to be a part of the pajero community, I will be picking up my first paj next week and am really excited! I found a bargain i couldn't resist and got a 2000 model pajero exceed in near perfect condition for a great price! It is interstate so i will be going to pick it up next week and take it for a long drive back up the east coast to fnq, its recently had the timing belt done and a half rebuild so will have to keep an eye on the oil but it'll be a nice drive to break her in and check for any problems. I am aware that in 2000 the nl and the nm were released but the owner doesn't know which model it is and i am having a hard time finding out, i have attached a photo of the car in question and hope someone can shed a little light on which model i have purchased, i'm guessing its an NM but some clarification would be great, otherwise ill find out next week.
This is the go to place for knowledge on pajeros and I'm a novice so i look forward to reading and learning from many of you.

Wont be looking at nothing to major for mods, but down the track i'd like to get a lift kit, tyres, nudge bar, side steps, spotties, dual batteries and a stereo.. Not looking at any hardcore 4wd action, but will still be going off road every now and then for sure.

Definitely a NM. The silver door trims/mouldings where changed to a flat design for the NP
