Just had to jump on and give a big plug to Slacks Creek, Brissie Based Australian CV Joints and Power Steering for excellent service.
I had been to them once before to get the RH Rear Outer CV Boot replaced, I'd removed the drive shaft and took it in. They dismantled and replaced the outer boot, and serviced both inner and out CVs - all for $33.
Unfortunately, yesterday I discovered the Inner RH Rear boot leaking, I must have damaged it during refitting the shaft. Anyone that has done this job from under the car would agree that its a heavy difficult job to do right. So this time Aussie CV's got the whole car. Well an hour later they had dismantled/removed/replaced/serviced the inner boot. Great service and all for $165 which I think is a bargain. I read about a lot of poor service on this forum so in this case, credit where its due.
