Try on the Murchison River there is a camping spot on the right as you drive north, also about half way between Overlander and Woramal just past the lookout (on the left) there is a sign says Gladstone go thru the gate (shut it) and follow the track to the bottom of Shark Bay.
Because its free that means there is limited facilities.
