Can we assume that Dino's "in the back" is axle load?
There is a big difference between 300kg extra rear axle load and 300kg towball load, the difference is about 150kg!
What part number rear coils are being fitted?

I can see that both camshaft sprockets timing marks are not aligned with the timing marks on the back plates.
The timing marks on the camshaft sprockets about 4 or 5 teeth clockwise from where you currently have the timing...

Looking at the problem again, we can rule steering angles out so that reduces it to 4.
I would have thought if the axles were contacting the strut body whist the wheels are turning then there would be witness marks on the axles also???

ATF condition looks ok but the level needs to be checked when the ATF is hot and when the engine is running, as per the instructions in the Owners Manual.

It will not only be the overall tyre diameter that will cause you a problem but also the tyre width.
What size tyres and rims are you thinking about fitting?
According to the info below you are limited to a 5% increase if you want...

I recently read that Adblue shelf life is reduced to as little as 6 months if stored below -5C or above 25C. Not sure what the issues are if the Adblue is “aged” or if there is any way of testing it?

Hi Rizzly,
Most Gen 2 Pajero’s came with either 15” X 7” P0 rims fitted with 235/75R15 or 16” X 7” P10 rims fitted with 265/70R16.
What does the tyre placard indicate?
So 33” tyres and N44 rims are most likely illegal...
