The G5 is about the best choice. Much better than the LED. LED output is usually less than 2000 lumens. 35 watt HID will give you around 3200 lumens while 45 watt HID will take that up to over 4000 lumens. Depends a bit on quality of bulbs and ballasts....

Yes. They're absolute junk. Very low light output from second class LEDs and terrible optics. The plastic is garbage and the lenses warp in the heat of the sunshine.
If you achieved no improvement with new Osram bulbs then...

Those lenses are fixable. But the trim ring that's come adrift would need the light dismantled. Pity you're not a bit closer.
Just pains me to go through this process for a ‘modern’ vehicle when you see old vehicles with glass headlights...

I just gave them what I wanted and they made them up. Coils are Lovells and the shocks are their own, but I have no idea of the actual specifications.
Best thing I could suggest is to make the trek over and take it...
