Sorry mate havent been on here for a little while. I assume you are referring to the tranny computer? I used the diesel engine loom which connects to the dash loom behind the glovebox. I had to re-wire a few relays in the engine bay fuse box and a few other things i dont quite remember. I had to run 1 wire into the dash for the glow light in the dash cluster. The only input on the TCU i had to worry about is the TPS.
If you are reffering to the V6 computer, that is on a shelf in the garage. If I remember correctly, the ECU wiring was part of the engine loom that goes through the fire wall on the passenger side. Part of removing that loom was disconnecting relays in the engine fuse box and then wiring in the intercooler fan relay and the glow plug relay.

Hi DWC just a couple of quick questions when you put the diesel in yours did you retain the V6 computer and wiring and just modify it or did you put diesel wiring in? This thing is giving me buggery at the moment.. I have diesel manual wiring to the ignition system, to the starting system ie starter, glows, charging system and the solenoids on injector pump and all the rest is V6 but there is no computer .. Any help would be appreciated.... Would I be better of sticking the V6 under bonnet wiring back and just using what I need out of that.. How does the computer handle all the missing sensors?
    Cheers John
