    Underbody bash plates

I have read a few posts recently about people breaking intercoolers on the NP because the hang down at the front.
Is this the same for the NS?

If so, do they have a bash plate or protection guard for this yet and is there any other underbody guards that should be considered like sump or transfer case/gearbox?
    thanks,

    Adam

Is the NS Sumpguard under the engine still plastic like on the NP.

I dont know, I don't pick up my car till November.

But from the amount of replies it looks like no one knows if you can get bash plates.
      thanks,

The intercooler bash plate (the small one in front) is actually a metal plate on the NP. It is the one under the engine that is plastic. I know a a few people that bashed their intercooler plates in so far on NPs that the intercooler itself bent, but the intercoolers seem quite tough and they take a lot of abuse before actually leaking.

Yes, the sump guard under the engine is still plastic. I know this because mine got torn off!!
Brown Davis Automotive in Baywater VIC manufacture a metal plate that bolts right in. It was actually a plate for an NP, but it fitted my NS SWB perfectly.
